Had one of the most solid weeks of training in the last year and a half! Sad that this is great for me but it was nice to get out for some solid miles. Felt great and am excited for the upcoming year.
Monday- 9 miles trail
Tuesday- 10 miles road with three 1 mile repeats (3 MTC Miles in 5 flat!)
Wednesday- 8 miles trail
Thursday- 7 miles trail
Saturday- 13 miles of trail (climbing) with Erik, Mick, Megan, & Greg.
